• Prepaid Orders Only: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through the available online payment options at checkout.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as each product is handcrafted on demand.

• Product Disclaimer: Every item is crafted by hand, which means there may be slight variations in color, texture, or design compared to the pictures shown. These variations are a natural part of handmade artistry and do not qualify as defects.
  
  

3. Exchange Policy

  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery.
    
    

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
    
    

  • The customer bears the return shipping cost.
    
    

  • Exchange approval is at our discretion, based on the situation.

📸 Claims for Damaged or Defective Products

• Unboxing Video Required: In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, an unboxing video is mandatory to process any claims. Claims without a video proof will not be accepted.
